Naughty Dog has decided to halt the development of The Last of Us Online, a multiplayer game. The studio had described it as a fresh, new experience rooted in their passion for delivering incredible stories, characters, and gameplay. Although the team had a clear vision and refined gameplay, they realized they had taken on too much. Reassigning developers and reconsidering its viability, the studio chose to focus on single-player narrative games instead.
